STRESS

Stress can result from many things: a high-pressure job, relationships, financial problems, loneliness, crowds, and traffic jams. Because of the complexity of today's world stress is experienced by everyone at one time or another. Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid) is know as the "Anti-Stress Vitamin" taken as directed on the label. Also take B-Complex 3 times daily.
